Four killed in storm-related incident in Texas: newspape

One person was injured fatally shooting inDetroit-area mall on Saturday and the suspecthad been taken into custody, police said.

Police responded to Eastland Center in HarperWoods city about 5:50 A.M. local time (2250GMT) and found a victim who had been shotseveral times on the sidewalk outside theBurlington Coat Factory, Harper WoodsDepartment of public safety Director Jim Burkesaid in a statement.

Burke said the victims were transported to the Hospital where he died. One suspect was takeninto custody, Burke said, and the investigationis still ongoing.

Detroit Free Press newspaper reported thatmall, about 14 miles (22.5 km) northeast of downtown Detroit, was evacuated and locked down in response to the shooting.
